By accessing or using newrebellion.network (including any tools, content or services hosted under it) you agree to these terms. The site and all services are operated by New Rebellion Pty Ltd (ABN 19 688 435 985), a company registered in Australia. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Services

New Rebellion operates a growth marketing consultancy. Through newrebellion.network we provide marketing content, industry analysis, consulting services and self-serve tools including Lens (our AI-powered marketing audit tool). Lens has its own supplementary terms of service that apply in addition to these terms when you use that tool.

3. Eligibility

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

/Use the site or services for any unlawful purpose

/Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure

/Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or extract data from the site without written permission

/Upload malicious files, code or content

/Impersonate another person or entity

/Use the site in a way that could damage, disable or impair its operation

/Reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit our content, tools or methodologies without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content on newrebellion.network, including text, graphics, logos, tool interfaces, code, methodologies and branding, is the intellectual property of New Rebellion unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Blog posts and published articles may be shared with attribution and a link back to the original. Audit reports generated by Lens are provided for your use and you may share them at your discretion.

6. Content and Advice

Content published on newrebellion.network (including blog posts, guides, audit reports and tool outputs) is provided as general marketing information and guidance. It does not constitute professional legal, financial or business advice.

Where our tools use artificial intelligence (such as Anthropic Claude in Lens), AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Verify recommendations independently before making business decisions. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on content published on the site or generated by our tools.

7. Third-Party Links

The site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of third-party sites. Clicking a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Consulting Services

Paid consulting engagements are governed by separate service agreements. These terms apply to your use of the website and self-serve tools only. If there is a conflict between these terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement prevails.

9. Availability

We do not guarantee uptime, availability or continuity of the site or any tool. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. Free tools (including Lens) may be changed, restricted or removed at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, New Rebellion Pty Ltd and its directors, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services.

The site and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Rebellion Pty Ltd from any claims, losses or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms or your violation of any third party rights.

12. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the site you acknowledge that you have read and understood the privacy policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
